Summer field trips are available June 10 through August 25, 2013. To receive these special group rates, you must book two weeks in advance. A minimum of 15 is required for group rates. Expedite your reservation by using our fax form or call Group Services between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at 817-255-9440. Our helpful staff will advise you of available show times and suggest the best programs and combinations for your group. Museum member benefits are not valid for group or school visits.

• Innovation Studios -
  Learn about science and history topics as they happen in these interactive, illuminated spaces. Plus, experiment with rotation, sound and other concepts.

• Air Park -
  Air Park provides a hands-on look at the forces that lift planes, animals, insects and other objects off the ground and soaring through the air.

• Energy Blast -
  Journey back in time in the 4D theater and learn about the origins of the Barnett Shale. Then visit the “rig site” and witness the scientific story of energy.

• Fort Worth Children’s Museum -
  Enter through the friendly dragonhead and have hands-on fun in this special exhibit gallery designed especially for children from birth through age 8.

• Cattle Raisers Museum -
  This “museum within a museum” immerses you in the dynamic history and science of the cattle and ranching industry.

• DinoLabs & DinoDig® -
  Use scientific processes to discover dinosaur fossils at field sites, analyze fossils, and create images of what dinosaurs looked like. Learn how paleontologists find fossils, document their location, carefully dig them up, and securely pack them for transportation to the lab in this large, outdoor recreation of the Jones Ranch dinosaur field site in Texas.

• Flight of the Butterflies -
  It is a natural history epic. It is a detective story. Join hundreds of millions of real butterflies on an amazing journey to a remote and secret hideaway, and one scientist’s 40-year search to unravel the mystery – where do they go each Fall? Experience the Flight of the Butterflies.

• Space Junk -
  Opens May 25
  Experience mind-boggling collisions, both natural and man-made. Soar for the stunning depths of Meteor Crater to a view of our increasingly crowded orbits – 22,000 miles above earth. Join Don Kessler, the “Father of Space Junk,” as he guides us through the challenges we face in protecting them, forging a new age of space discovery.

• Under the Sea -
  Opens May 25
  Experience face-to-face encounters with some of the most mysterious and stunning undersea creatures. Under the Sea inspires all
  to explore the beauty and natural wonder of the oceans. Narrated by Jim Carey.

• One World, One Sky: Big Bird’s Adventure -
  Join Big Bird, Elmo and their friend, Hu Hu Zhu, as they introduce children to the night sky and very basic astronomy. Recommended for very young audiences (ages 3 to 7).

• Our Amazing Solar System -
  Climb aboard for a fun and informative journey through the planets, from the center of our solar system to its very edge.

• Live Star Talk -
  The sky will no longer be a mystery when you exit Star Talk...LIVE! Fly through the wonders of the stars, constellations and planets that are in the actual sky on the day of your visit.

• Dark Matter -
  Explore the nature of Dark Matter, the missing 80% of the mass of the Universe. This adventure tells a complex scientific story with a touch
  of humanity.

• LASER Light Family Style -
  Enjoy a variety of old classics and contemporary music as laser lights dance overhead.
